About me
I've sat where you're sitting
There was a point in my mid-forties when I looked up from the life I'd been building and didn't quite recognise myself in it. The roles were all there — mother, partner, professional — but somewhere underneath all of that, I'd lost the thread back to who I actually was.
That experience — disorienting, quietly devastating, and ultimately transformative — is what brought me to coaching. Not as a tidy career pivot, but as a genuine calling that grew out of my own reckoning.
How I work
Coaching that meets you where you are
My approach is warm, unhurried, and deeply personal. I don't work from a script or a fixed framework — I work from curiosity, from careful listening, and from a genuine belief that you already hold most of the answers. My job is to help you hear yourself more clearly.
Honest, not harsh
I'll tell you what I genuinely see — with care, not cruelty. Real progress needs real reflection.
Slow and steady
Lasting change rarely happens in a rush. We move at the pace that's right for you.
No fixing, only finding
You are not broken. We're not here to fix you — we're here to help you find your way back to yourself.
Grounded in experience
I bring my own lived experience of midlife transition to every conversation. This isn't theory — it's real.
